Ensa Monastery

Ensa Monastery is located vicinity of the Panamik Village. This is 250 year old Monastery. Ensa Monastery is also known Ensa Gompa. The Ensa Monastery has Buddhist paintings. Diskit Monastery Nubra Valley

Diskit Monastery Nubra Valley is located on hill station of Nubra Valley and on right bank in the Diskit Village in Nubra Valley. Nubra River is a stream of the Shyok River, which flows parallel to the Indus River on the northern side of the Ladakh Range. The Diskit monastery was established by Changzem Tserab Zangpo in the 14th century. The history of the Nubra Valley and the monastery could therefore be traced from the 14th century onwards.

Samstanling Monastery Nubra Valley

Samstanling Monastery is placed in amazing village of Sumur in Nubra Valley Ladakh. Founded in 140 years back in 1841 by Lama Tsultim Nima. Samstanling Monstery is away from 124 Kilometers from Leh it is approximately takes 45 mins drive. Placed in amidst scenic mountains and surrounded by traditional hues of red, gold ocher and white.
